WHAT IS A SERVICED OFFICE?
Serviced Offices are fully furnished offices, all set up and ready to be occupied with complete Telephone and IT infrastructure and fully supported by our all-inclusive services.
Park Avenue Offices DMCC is located on the 44th & 45th floor of Mazaya Business Avenue BB2, First Al Khail in DMCC Free zone – Dubai.

We have several different sizes of offices available for lease and you also get the use of our two executive meeting rooms and lounge area, as well as professionally groomed Reception Staff.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE OFFICES WE OFFER?
Our serviced offices range from units for 1-2 people with modern furniture and workstations to a customized set up for teams capable of seating 6-8 people, All offices are well lit, private and secure with fantastic views. We can make larger offices available on request.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SERVICED OFFICE?
We have available fully furnished and fitted offices with all fittings and fixtures however please inform us of your preferences and we’ll do our best to cater to your requirement. You are also free to use your own if suitable.
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY MY OWN OFFICE EQUIPMENT?
Our Serviced Office comes fully equipped with everything you need except for your computers. This includes modern desks, chairs and filing cabinets.

We give you dedicated telephone lines, unlimited high-speed Internet access, a fully staffed reception, IT support, pantry with refreshments and lounge area, and units with all the essential office equipment.

Just bring your laptop or pc and you can plug in and start your work with our full support. Even if you are not physically in your office we will answer all of your calls using your company’s name, taking messages and alerting you of every call as you instruct.

Access and use of all areas such as Meeting rooms, Refreshment/Kitchen areas and the Lobby. Dedicated parking spaces. All utilities are included apart from your dedicated telephone bills.

The number of visas you are allowed to apply for depends on the size of your serviced office/s. The range is from 3 up to 6 visas per office. If you need more visas for your staff then your company would need to lease larger or additional serviced offices. We can assist whatever the requirement.
HOW DO I SET UP AND LICENSE MY COMPANY?
We offer this professional service and we do everything for you, which includes registering and licensing your company with the Authority, applying for visas with immigration, and anything else that you may require.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR VISAS?
We can do this for you along with the company set up service we offer. We register and license your company and process the visas for you for a very reasonable and competitive fee.
